JENNY & ARMAND : BAGUIO WEDDING

As with every wedding we’ve witnessed, we always get excited when it comes to the exchange of vows. Some may think we’re already desensitized to all the emotions. Quite the opposite actually; because the more weddings we cover, the most involved we are with our couples. But one wedding that never fails to make us tear up is a wedding between a bride and a military groom, like JENNY + ARMAND.

You see, once you tie the knot with someone in the military, you not only marry the person – you also marry his job, his service to the country, the hardships that come with it, and ‘the common good’. And it’s hard, that’s why we give our snappiest salute to Jenny + Armand who are brave enough to fight for their love and will fight together despite the many circumstances that may lie ahead.

Here’s their wedding SDE shot in breathtaking Baguio on Independence Day. Best wishes, Jenny + Armand!

MARLON + AILEEN: Same Day Edit

W

Both based in the US, MARLON + AILEEN came home to tie the knot in front of God, family, and friends in a beautiful wedding celebration held at the Malate Church, while reception followed at the Century Park Hotel in Manila. Though we constantly stayed in touch online, we personally met the bride the day before the wedding. Since the start, you could feel how excited she was for her wedding. But what amazed me is the fact that for someone who’s based in the US for a long time, Aileen is still very fluent in Bisaya, and during the wedding, she was also very fluent in Chinese. Their close-knit families, on the other hand, had been so accommodating to us and very supportive of the couple. Here’s their wedding video by The Digital Eye.
