The New Year brings with it a renewed sense of hope to be bigger, bolder, better than we’ve ever been. 2015 had been great for The Digital Eye; we met some of the most amazing couples and took part in their wonderful journeys. It was also the time we met JOCELYN + MATT who are set to wed on January 16 in Singapore. With a love story as beautiful as the azure sea, it is but fitting to have Movenpick Resort Mactan as the backdrop for them to tell their love story. As we look back, we couldn’t help but be humbled and grateful at how far we have come. Some love stories may have already been all too familiar, but there are others that are quite exceptional that you couldn’t help but be in awe at how amazing love is at being able to bring two people together. Such is the love story of NIKKO + AUDREY’s, as theirs had already begun way before they actually met.

Nikko attended a bank’s inauguration with his mom one day. Also, in attendance was Audrey’s mom. What started out as banter between mothers who wanted to play matchmakers turned out to be the beginning of something spectacular, proving yet again that mothers know best.

Nikko, a recent law school graduate, tied the knot with his US-based bride, Audrey, in a grand wedding celebration well-attended by family and friends. The couple was an absolute delight to work with, as they are among our clients who have grown very close to the team. We were even invited to their bridal shower and stag parties, which we excitedly attended. Genuine, generous, and fun, these are some of the qualities that we know will help the couple in their married life. Thank you so much, Nikko + Audrey. We wish you nothing but the very best!

As they say, there are no perfect relationships, only the perfect love. But when two imperfect souls come together, they create the perfect match. CHRISTOPHER + Kate, both Manila-based doctors, are far from perfect, but what they share is something so extraordinary, it must be perfection. Set in the sandy heaven we call BORACAY, the couple exchanged I Do’s and took their first step towards a life of love and happiness. Blessed by the sun, witnessed by the sea, and showered by the love and support of the couple’s family and friends; we’re very confident that their union is off to a very good start.
